Appointments may be cancelled subject to the following conditions.

• Home Sample Collection
• Customers may cancel a booking before the phlebotomist has been dispatched.
• Diagnostic Tests
• Appointments cancelled before sample collection may be eligible for refund as per our Refund Policy.
• Once sample collection has started or laboratory processing has begun, cancellation will not be permitted.
• Radiology Services
• Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• Hospital Services
• Services requiring prior preparation or specialist availability may have separate cancellation rules communicated at the time of booking.

Cancellation by Suyog Life Care

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to:

• Equipment failure
• Technical issues
• Emergency situations
• Staff unavailability
• Force majeure events

In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative appointment or eligible refund.
