Diagnostic Tests

Payments made for completed laboratory tests, pathology services, radiology services, or consultations are non-refundable.

Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered if:

• Payment was deducted multiple times.
• The booked service cannot be provided by Suyog Life Care.
• Appointment is cancelled by Suyog Life Care.
• Sample collection cannot be completed due to operational reasons.
• Incorrect payment was charged due to technical error.
• Non-Refundable Cases

• Refunds will not be provided if:
• Sample collection has already been completed.
• Laboratory testing has begun.
• Reports have already been generated.
• Incorrect patient details were entered by the customer.
• Appointment is missed without prior cancellation.
• Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

Banks and payment gateways may require additional processing time.
